We aim to look after our tenants by minimising the day to day problems of running an office environment such as changing light bulbs, fixing fittings that fail, and ensuring communal halls, kitchens and conveniences are clean and tidy, also daily milk, paper and sandwich delivery.

We are also happy to give companies first priority for rooms that become vacant so they can grow!

Communications and Logistics

Pippingford has direct access to the A22 so most delivery services run past at least once a day. Two postal collections per day, no telephone line connection fees and we also provide telephone call forwarding and broadband as required.

There is ample parking for both you and your visitors.
