3. So hello, No name? they don’t know you this is part of a million emails all sent out at the same time.

4. Sent from your City Council Tax Payment people, so HMRC are emailing you to say that your council tax has a refund…

6. Lastly amazed they HMRC is sending out emails at 2.44 am in the morning……
