Issues.
1. Dear Vehicle Owner. Um so the DVLA dont know your name, so how do they know your Vehicle Tax need renewing?
2. No mention of DVLA 

3. Refers to Vehicle Tax Service? who are they

4. Don't press the links.

You can  renew car tax at the Post Office Just bring your vehicle tax reminder (V11) or your V5C logbook, and proof of your MOT. You'll need to pay with cash or card, and you can set up a Direct Debit if you use your card
